The current apartment prices can be found in our Official Reservation System after giving the dates of Your arrival and checking-out.
The apartment prices are given in EUR and all calculated on the current rate of exchange by MNB ( Hungarian National Bank - average rate ) in case of the payments in cash or bank card on the site.
In case of pay by credit card, the drawn from Your credit card will be done in EUR according to Your bank exchange rate.
During the reservation of the chosen apartment on our website in the Official Resesrvation System the invoice payment could be done by credit card - securely on the website or in cash on the site at the reception of Főtér Residence.
In case You chose the "payment at the reception" mode, we might reserve the right in priority periods to ask for pre-paying the total accomodation fee by bank transfer. Until the accomodation fee settlement is not done the reservation might be rejected!
The prices do not include the local tourist tax, which is 450 HUF / person / night and only payable in cash, locally at the reception.
We ensure a closed car park for each apartment for all our Guests, which is 280 metres from our apartment house. More information Dunakapu underground garage can be found from 200 metres from our house, available on reasonable tariffs.
The reservation can be cancelled over 3 day before arrival without penalty payment obligations. In case the cancellation is within 3 days before arrival, the purchaser obliged to pay the daily accomodation rate of the apartment.
In case the Guest arrives later, or leaves earlier than the confirmed check-in and check-out days, they obliged to pay the accomodation price of the apartment for the missed day(s) as well!
